Assessment Payments
Blooms Crossing Owner's Association assesses a fee to all homeowners commonly referred to as HOA dues. The majority of these dues are used to maintain the common property, tot lots, property management (CMC), social activities and mailings. Dues are also used for townhome street maintenance, snow removal, and trash collection. Refer to the annual budget for further allocations of the assessment payments. Assessment payments are due on the first of every month. Payments not received and date stamped by the 30th will be considered delinquent and homeowners will be charged a $5.00 late fee for each month that an account balance remains outstanding.
Assessment payments can be made monthly or paid in advance. Assessments for 2007 are: $23.10 per month or $277.20 annually for all properties.

- Payments can be mailed with assessment coupons to Blooms Crossing Owner's Association, c/o CMC, P.O. Box 61148, Phoenix, AZ. 85082-1148.
