Tot Lots
There are two Tot Lots designed for ages 5-12 years of age. They are located at Greenshire Drive and Silver Meteor Court. Each year the Association reviews the condition of each of the tot lots to ensure that they continue to provide a safe area for kids to play. The Association contracts with AAA for trash removal. Trash is collected weekly at the Tot Lots. If owners notice a safety hazard, they should notify Chris Falwell at 703-631-7200 or any director immediately.
During non-school times, children can play at Cougar Elementary, which has 3 playgrounds designed for ages 5-12 years of age.

- Single Family Homes - Snow removal is performed by the City of Manassas Park on all public streets. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Public Works at 703-335-8800.

Trash Collection and Recylables
- Single Family Homes - Trash collection and recycle pickup is contracted by the City of Manassas Park with American Disposal Services. Trash and recycling are collected on Wednesday. The trash collector observes three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day. All other holidays are treated as regular pickup days and follow the normal pickup schedule. Trash and recycle bins should be placed curbside after dark the day before collection and removed the day of collection and should be stored in accordance with the Guidelines when not in use. If you have questions concerning your trash or recycling collection, please contact American Disposal Services at 703-368-0500.
- Townhomes - Dumpsters are provided for the use of townhome owners. The dumpsters are emptied once per week. Recycling is collected on Wednesday. Residents can register to vote at City Hall located at 1 Park Center Court, Manassas Park. The Tax Assessor and Treasurer are also located at City Hall. Parks
Signal Hill Park
Signal Hill Park is a 110-acre site located within one mile of the Community and is run by the Manassas Park Department of Recreation, www.cityofmanassaspark.us/Public_Documents/ManassasParkVA_ParksRec/signal
It provides a water park, four soccer fields, two basketball courts, a softball field, 10,000 square foot playground, one-mile asphalt trail, pavilion with restrooms, pond area, picnic tables and grills. Signal Hill Park is open year round from 9:00 a.m. to dusk. Entrance to Signal Hill Park is free to residents except for the water park and pavilion rental.
Costello Park
Costello Park is a 25 acre park located on the Eastern side of Manassas Park and is run by the Manassas Park Department of Recreation. It features a recreation center, a community pool, five baseball fields, two softball fields, two tennis courts, an outdoor basketball court, a sand volleyball court, several picnic areas with grills, and a covered pavilion. Transportation
Virginia Railway Express (VRE)
The VRE is a commuter rail service with a station located within one mile of Blooms Crossing. The VRE provides a convenient commuter alternative to residents that work in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, areas. It has connection service to the Metro.
